The staff was so kind and was always smiling and laughing. Such gleeful people. Even at 2am. The service was very quick and everything was a very easy process. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom as well. It was only two of us so there really wasn't any issue with how small the room was. It was definitely bigger than a hotel room in Japan is all I'll say.

The staff was absolutely unbelievable! It completely changed our impression of people in New York! From the front desk, to Oswal, to the café and bar and restaurant, everyone was just amazing! I came to move my son in to NYU, and it was a very emotional and exhausting weekend, and they just made it amazing from my early check-in all the way to checking out! Unbelievable staff!!

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.

Great location and the staff are just amazing. The quality of the room for NYC prices was really good. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will use this hotel again when I next travel there.

Everything was great BUT...the water pressure in the shower was terrible. Also, I prepaid with booking .com and the Hotel charged me again !!!!
